Of course, you get what you pay for and there may be some other hidden costs present, but you could walk away with a relatively-decent home for a decent price. All it'll take is some searchin' on your part. The commercials for those companies are all over the TV too, so there's no Nigerian (or Ghanan, for that matter) scammers to contend with.
