Biologically speaking, attractiveness has always been a factor when trying to determine a mate. It can be seen with a great many animals, from Peacocks to house cats. It's often been used as a way to choose a more-fitting partner. So why shouldn't the same be said about us humans? After all... we're animals too... just a wee bit smarter.

Well Moof attractiveness in animals also has to do with smell.. Neaderthals were more about choosing mates that their pheronomes reacted to.. They say we still do that except it's a little harder if the woman is on the pill b/c it knocks their senses off a bit...

True, I've never physically seen a personality. But if you initially attract someone with looks, then you better have a good personality to back them up or they'll walk, unless they are superficial of course!

The reason pictures are desireable is not so much about looks as the attitude that come through on pictures and the story the pictures tell on people.

Great advice thanks Peccy. I owe you one Dude. Not at any time, in my entire time I have been here, have I ever had a pic up that wasn't of either me, or something that I found funny. It took a year and a half, but someone came across my profile, got interested in what I meant with my tagline, and took the time to contact me. But if she hadn't found me somewhat attractive, in some way ( lord only knows what she sees ) her curiosity about my tagline would have been nothing more than that. Curiosity. If I can manage to find someone who thinks I am physically attractive, then so can you. Fake pics aren't worth the time to put up. It'll bite you in the ass . |

I think you mean... "Being a size 16 saying you're a size 6" |
