It really depends on who it is! That is sad I know but if they are out of state and I dont get to talk to them much I try and wait at least 5min. but local peps I just say call me back!

I was on hold for tech support once, had dinner, took a shower, and came back and they answered OMG .. was it Dell? LMFAO .. they are notorious for that it's also a good reason for speakphone option

LMFAO .. they are notorious for that it's also a good reason for speakphone option OMG I have done that too....went and saw two clients and had lunch and then came back waited for 15 more minutes and then spoke to a man from India who I could not even understand....ohhhhhh mannnnnnnnn I just did to judy too...lol but for 5 seconds so all good...lol |

Oh ya ... what a novel idea eh?

Depends on who it is, and what i'm doing, if i'm busy i'll hang up, but i never hold over a minute...hey, it's my time...they can talk to someone else, on their time.  lol, you're an exception, silly...you fall under the "depends who it is" clause .

Depends...if it's a free incoming call that gets another incoming call, but usually I just put it on speaker and set the phone down.
