from a failed relationship?
Mine has invariably been the time wasted. It is our most precious commodity and one which we can never get back. |

I'd have to agree with that... I don't regret anything except how long it took me to end it... It wasn't fair to either of us.

My biggest regret is that I ever got married. Practically all of the bad things that have happened to me in the intervening years can be traced back to that one stupid mistake.

Marrying the bastard, having HIS child and then taken 7 years to finally realize the realization that he's seriously the biggest A$$Hole I've ever met, but Dayum, the sex was out of control.....'8pannies wet* hmmmmm, that must have been the reason I stayed so long.... If I was to see his face or hear his voice *running to toilet* |

Practically all of the bad things that have happened to me in the intervening years can be traced back to that one stupid mistake. because you let a specific person slip away...or just for the experience??? Because I never should have bothered with her in the first place. It was a train wreck going in, and I still thought I could fix it -- and I did, sort of, for about a year and a half. And then it got worse and worse, and the repercussions went on for years.... Let's just say I'm a big fan of divorce. |

Not growing a spine So this would apply to me, perhaps that is why I am now single. My spine is strong, my will solid, my manners come second to my desire to be honest straight up and not take any BS. I have learned to become very good at chopping people out of my life instead of finding ways to excuse there personal failures of character. |

Regret?
Believing my Ex would be a good father because he looked like a loving Uncle. If I would have waited longer to get pregnant I would have left him before I had children. |

That I let too many things slide under the rug. I accepted less than I deserved. Best thing is... I learned from it.
