I purchased the Lite-On DX-20A4H a couple of months ago (Oct 08), had computer problems and the program was deleted/erased.
Cannot find the disc that came w/burner, but dvd burner uses Nero (which I do have on comp) however, Nero doesn't recognize my F: drive. Any ideas? |

You need to go on the web and download the drivers that make it work..
Here's the link for the website, just enter the make and model number, and download and install the drivers.. http://www.liteonit.com/global/index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=75 If that doesn't work...google Lite-on and look for support and downloads.. |

It sounds like you have a bad driver. You have to go to the Lite-On website and download them and install.
