Again I think the biggest difference is the identity .. I actually use my name on Facebook ..(which of course is how people find you LOL)
That's why I waited til I was out of my last job to sign up so I wasn't being 'marked' by the 500 employees from my job online. eeeeeeeeeeeek

I love the interaction here too .. but I just found a friend of mine on FB I haven't talked to in 10 years! And tons from my last job. This is crazy cool!
