I have an account on both but havent logged into either in over 6 months. These days i cannot really be bothered making any effort to keep in contact with people online. There are a lot of people i should really make an effort to catch up with but dont. I just like to log on here from work to waste time and then forget about my online life at other times. Logging onto myspace or facebook rarely crosses my mind even. OMG. Do you remember WHY I recreated MySpace after I deleted it for work related reasons? HELLLLLO!!!! To keep in touch with this friend of mine in the UK, who said we had no other way to stay in touch 
.. and THRU that page we chatted about THIS site and you joined. *sigh* We've now given MySpace a reason for existence

facebook...that's where all my family is..and a certain someone who I wont mention 
im on several other sites..but dont go on them much anymore..like here.. i haven't been on here in a looooooooong time, and when I do get on here, i check email and then im off again...rarely do I post anymore

I have myspace and hate it! I think I may go on that one once or twice a year. Too many graphics, too many weird people. Damn scraight. I hate waiting 5 minutes for somebody's poorly decorated profile page to load. And I have a cable connection. Shouldn't take that long, but all those stupid graphics and crappy profile songs bog it down. Exactly! All it does is make my computer freeze up and that drives me crazy! |

and THAT ladies and gents is the reasoning behind Yahoo Messenger that keeps us in touch when all else fails

I won't even get on myspace any more. Some pages make my computer crash and there is just too much crap on most people's pages.
I like facebook. It's allowed me to keep in touch (and get in touch) with many of my friends and relatives. The whole environment is much more subdued, but still plenty of fun to be had. Facebook seems to me to be more of a networking site, personal and professional. |
