you don't get past your past, you embrace it. it makes you who you are. if you don't like who you are, make changes so that you can become someone that you like. if you've made errors in your past, reflect on those errors and try not to repeat them.

how to get rid out of the past and move on?how to gain back "trust" as well? You cant and to deny your past would be an exercise in futility. Your past life experiences, both good and bad, create who you are today as an individual. Its up to you to now move forward and to access these life experiences when you need them. You may not realize that you are even doing this yet you are constantly on a subconscious level. You touched the stove and you got burned. Now you know not to touch the hot stove again, even if it looks red and pretty. Remember, you will make new mistakes and vast errors in judgment. That is part of being human. |

Common sense is not always so common I guess. Anyway Im not telling you anything you dont know. Just open yourself up to it is the best advice really. The alternative is living a nice, safe little existence locked up in an apartment with 15 cats.

Trust is earned. Moving on takes time. And in doing it make yourself a priority. Take time to pamper yourself. And take time to realize how imporant you are. Healing does not happen over night. Trust is earned.
