How soon is too soon to move on from a serious relationship? Does dating again help ease the pain? If you're getting their names mixed up, it's too soon. Healing from a relationship is best done out of a relationship. Less baggage, more fulfilling. |

only oneself can make that decision, you'll know when you're ready

Yeah. Get back into the pool when you're ready to.
Example- I didn't start getting back into the dating scene for about four years after my last serious relationship went kaput. It jolted me so bad that I pretty much didn't wanna even think about hookin' up again. And now here I am... on some stinkin' online dating site... still battin' a full-on zero... |

I don't think dating is a good idea if you are suffering hun. Time and good friends who will listen, advise and make you laugh will help with the pain (i think you'l find plenty on here!). A hearty helping of Whitney houston's 'step by step' works a treat too if you sing along

If you have to ask yourself that question then its to soon, asking yourself that means you still haven't dealt with some inner issues. You will know when its time, there will be no question in your mind when its time! Hope you find what you are looking for and good luck

I PERSONALLY THINK THAT U SHOULD THINK ABOUT THE NEXT PERSON U MIGHT DATE AND WETHER OR NOT U MIGHT HURT THEIR FEELINGS BY WISHING OR THINKING OF THE LAST RELATIONSHIP

thanks everyone. I just think it sucks that he's obviously over everything and has moved on, yet, he's still always on my mind and I find myself sulking alone while he's out enjoying his new life.

Make sure you give yourself enough time to get over the ex, it could ruin the next relationship.
