The only thing about bullying a bully is they have brought you down to their level. Which is usually what it is about anyway because bullys only see the people they pick on a toys and you are the true target. Bullys are angry but it is not at the truely weak it is at the peers that they can't dominate.

Sum 1 actilly currected me on how to spell "Get-r-done" yesterday. W.T.Helllllllllllllllll! I couldn't resist correcting someone who was working on a batcher's degree. I mean come on. He's got an associate's degree and working on a batchers? Talk about edumacated idjits.

I think its more like... "If I make you look bad, maybe I can make myself look better"... which we all know... just makes you look like an insecure idiot! Hey sweets. For some that may be true. But for others, like myself, it's like fingernails on a chalkboard when spelling is off. I went to state for spelling bees and it's just in my nature. Doesn't mean a darn thing about where I think I stand next to you .. You know I think you rock!

I would hope that the "spelling and grammar" police would be in some violation of the rules and ethic committee of Mingle... what about casting dispertions on others or just plain rudeness? Everytime they come out I want to reach through the screen and just choke the living crap out of them.. So what someone doen't spell to their so called standards, Just who appointed them my keeper.. besides do you know how hard it is to taech a keyboard to spell.

Yes, horrific spelling, grammar, and punctuation irritate me to no end. Call it my proper education coming out, and I won't apologize for that. What bothers me even worse are people with the careless attitudes about it, whether it's those who are doing it, or those who are sticking up for them by allowing it to continue.

Are there rules against offering helpful suggestions? I've seen a couple posts (at least) on using Firefox because there is spell check built in and those were deleted. |
