I thought that this topic would be ideal for those of us who need expert medical advice for daily aches and pains. No surgery performed; no STD's treated. Psychiatric treatment offered. I wonder how long this thread will last.

caffene free tea, soda crackers.. toast, and if none of that works... try mtn dew... hey it worked for me!!!!! hehe

sushi, this is not a joke, but I fell down the stairs to my basement on my ass, and when down 5 steps on my butt, and hit my back with the edge on one of the steps, now Im in really bad pain on my upper back, no pain killer is working so I just deal with the pain, what the hell can I do?

((((Morena))))) I know this will sound really stupid but take a bag of frozen peas and apply it your back for about 20 mins. Alternate it with heat (heating pad) if you have one, alone with Ibuprofen. You take up to 800MG of IB and hopefully that will help...hope you get to feeling better soon

backaches i do go see a chiropractor once a month but sometimes it aint enough i have been known to take 16 ibupropen to make it through a day . lately not that bad but it always hurts about the third vertibray up from the bottom in the back. i dont like taking ibuprohen but nothing else can kill the pain tylenol an advill an the other painkillers are a waist of money for me to even buy . any better way to kill the back pains?
