Waiting for breakfast, had to cook my own yesterday. Some of us had to work! Anyway, I'm already thinking about what I can make that isn't a repeat of a previous breakfast. Need to keep it low carb so pancakes are out, no bacon left in the house. Not much left other than eggs, cheese, toast. Need to hit the grocery store today.

Your castle is beautiful. I have several pics from my visit there. When I get back to Ireland I'll have to look you up. Unfortunately i didn't get to see much other than the castle since I got sick for a few days. I think it was some bad fish I had down in Kinsale.
