are there any honest poeple left in this country? does any one else ever feel like our generations(the last couple i guess) are spoiled rotten, that we give up to easy, cant keep promises, make excuses for breaking them, get mad when we dont get our way....
i think a man(or a woman) is only as good as his word, and i try to live by that philosophy as best i can, but letme tell ya, i feel ( uh oh, i used the f word) kinda hopeless sometimes.
where did we go wrong? is it the way we are raised that decideds how we live the rest of our lives? my father was a drunk and shot my mom wwhen i was 15, i was homless till i was 16, than sent to an 'youth program' unil my 18th b day. the director of that program got caught tryin to smuggle 3million $ worth of cocain from mexico. my point, i grew up exposed to very bad things, im 20 now and i make it a point not to lie, cheat or hurt anyone. (i dont let any one walk on me of course) now im cowboying, livin my dream, workin of a horse for **** pay till the seasons up, than packin up and goin somewhere else.
if there is an honest soul out there, please let me know what you think. where did we go wrong? what happened to chivery and livin by a code.

there's good and bad people on earth, and you'll search your heart and find them, you'll find good friends on here too if you stay. if you have questions, we will do our best to answer them for you, so you have less risk of running into more crap, for we all learn here.

I think many of us gravitate to the negatives of the world and dont see the positives of humanity.....I think also many of us have been hurt so our defenses are so up we dont see anything good because we have been hurt so badly..............but it gets better and the saying you get wiser as you get older is true in most cases...........at your age and I dont mean this to be harsh but you need to experience the heartaches and the challenges in life and you should take them as a gift.......because later when you have matured you know what is good for you and right for you in those experiences.............I think many of us think that bad relationships are just that bad.......they only become bad when you dont acquire the lessons from them............every person that comes to your life not only changes your life but they become an example of what you dont want and those are the best lessons to learn.......

Like you said we are a society of living in the now and what we should do is be patient because we are provided with the right people at the right time its how you view it when it comes and how you handle it..........there are no bad relationships in my life what I see them is a relationship that I wasnt ready for or I didnt learn the lessons from my past relationships and that is why they didnt work.........

Just be patient and see things in a positive light no matter how complex or f up it is.............its a lesson you need to learn.......and I thank all my bad relationships for that because if I didnt have them I wouldnt have met the man I love completely and unconditionally and want to spend my whole life with........
