I would always click maybe bcs you never know if you are compatible. There is no guarantee you will be mentally compatible, therefore aesthetically I may think they are hot, but if you can't hold my mind hit the road jack. Yup. I don't know that I've ever clicked yes. Maybe means I'd be happy to get to know them and see if there's anything there. Maybe doesn't mean no, but it doesn't mean I'm going to run right out and meet someone based on a picture and a few words.

How would you feel if you knew that the person you are/were interested in clicked on MAYBE? mutual match no matter if they click on yes,maybe or no. the answer is still ,no response.just sayin Be careful. You don't want to be accused of being a cynic, because that's bad. true,but i'm sure i've been accused of being worse than cynical on here

It probably means they think you are cute or they liked what they saw... and just maybe they would like to talk to you....who knows? It sounds like a possibility they liked something. But then again what do I know?

Me personally, I click on "Maybe" when I feel I need more info about the person... profile is vague, or something they said needed more clarification in my book. To me, it means, I'm interested, but need more info to consider a relationship. Just look at how many people start out disliking each other and eventually come together and form a uniquely strong bond. First impressions can be wrong and not everyone has marketing talent, so we can't always base a life decision simply on a poorly written profile. It's much like looking at a pool of water, we won't know what the temp is until we test the water. It may look refreshing and clean, but until we test the water, we won't know for sure. JMO

Maybe it is just because they want to know you better? It is hard to say whether you are interested or not just by a profile! Reall? You don't know anyone just from what you read. my answer

when I click yes I have already seen something that interest me....When I click maby then I need to see more AND IF IM NOT INTERESTED I CLICK NO....I thought that was how it works

i think mutual match is the same thing as what goes on here in the forums your interested in them but they live to far or just worried about rejection.jmo oh or they are already attached....

I'm just wondering how you'd find out that someone clicked maybe. Ask them? All I know is my pool table got lucky in 2 states, just not in Ohio.

How would you feel if you knew that the person you are/were interested in clicked on MAYBE? I would feel that person is not ready to commit the remainder of their life to someone on the internet. That, or someone desperate using reverse psychology.
