oh that's right, no one's allowed to have opinions... sheesh, what was everyone thinking... lol You are probably right honey... suppose you were one of the team who spent time to establish this site... spending days and nights to provide a cool and moderated site for people to mingle and chat with...just to have them talk about another chat site... I am sure you would really apprecieate the complete disreguard for the work you put in...just so a bunch of 'tards can discuss another site..instead of simply apprecieating the work you did. Just to clarify...I do not work for this site..I probably have been suspended more than anyone else here... But, these guys do a good job. I notice that none of you delicate and sensitive jungle orchids have a nice word to say about Mingle and the people trying to make it a good site... So...have your opinion sweety. If it was my site...I would sh*t can every last one of you. That is my opinion. Dude, take a chill pill.  I guess you didn't read what the thread was about. The OP said she was on there and talked about how much she liked this site better. Props for this site. If anything, people from the other site came here to check it out.

Stop talking about it here. Plenty of good people work hard to establish and maintain this site for the ingrateful people who don't have the common courtesy to apprecieate thier hard work. GO TO POF! If it was that great a site...what the hell are you doing here? (Cause that site blows choad) I f**king swear...some people have no sense of common courtesy to the good people who are busting ass to host this site for free. I beleieve this stated as a kick-azz hate post against another site,wink,, ITS ONLY A POST,,,,, But I do so ADMIRE the support for THIS SITE!!!!!! Take it to the mod's sister...we will see where things shake out.
If they want to suspend or ban me for sticking up for them...so be it. Whatever support for mingle may be happening among the herd...it ain't here... now...please...continue playing up or playing down Mingle's competitions... Like they say "Even bad publicity is still free advertising" Peace....I will see if I am suspended in the morning....but, I got a paycheck to bet...that the most I will get is a warning. Just to give a point of context...this is the third Plenty of Fist topic in the last three days... Someone needs to b*tch about it. |

Well truth be told, I'm not doing worth a damn here. Lot of very nice people. Just way too much distance. I suspect that a few people do connect here. But, the vast majority don't. So, if you you're looking for a soulmate, look somewhre else.

Probably the reason that I am trying to defend the work of the friends I have made that work this site. Oh yeah...read that OP again and tell me how it plays up Mingle.... or is she just whining about a competing site? I may be misreading it. |

 As I recall we do all have the free right to expression. Regardless of its subject matter. And to NOT HAVE THAT HERE. WE would NOT be here.. So to brag up a site might not fit your reading mind, it might another? But as this was clearly stated from the start. It was to PUT DOWN ANOTHER SITE! But that to is up to the reader to join in or pass-up their chance to reply to it.. As always on here, SOMETIMES its better to not VOICE as to cause others to see you as a jerk, or wasted or anything like that,wink.. Personally, I TRY not to upset members as for fear of them thinking all these thoughts,wink, But have a good one And remember,,MAKE A STRANGER SMILE and you will have made a friend..

We are all on an independant site. Yes, you are indeed allowed your opinions. None of us are simply entitled to be here. It is a priviledge. You want to think of me as a kiss ass? Fine...I guarantee I have been suspended waaaaay more than anyone else who has posted here. I apparently mistakenly thought that it would be the right thing for someone to stick up for admin and the mods who bust ass everynight to keep it cool for all of us.... but, I have been wrong before...it ain't the first time..probably not the last time... I joined Mingle2 as I was sent a message on PlentyofFish that the site was going away...nd it never did. Needless to say, I am glad that I joined as there are so many more friendly people on this site.
It's nice to make friends of either gender here and just have a great conversation once in awhile. Thank you Mingle fans

I could be wrong but I don't think Mingle is a charity. Seems to me that they sell plenty of advertiseing. Be nice if they advertised something I was actually interested in buying but do you have any idea how many people try a free site first? I am not knocking it, great business savey, but this ought to be a cash cow. They get my respect for keeping it going. Yea capitalism! |

Could not agree more. (I mean...about the original post. It has gotten way off track now) I am an ex "not-so-plenty" member. I think because there are so few women, compared to men there, they think their $hit doesn't stink. Just glad to be around some real folks.
