lex, i gave MY personal opinion. by censoring him, you actually help
him...we learn much about a person by their posts, good AND bad. we see who has a personality type that might click with ours... the only person suffering from what he says is himself. you can choose to not let it bother you, but he can't avoid the negative backlash. |

Marie, Lily is hostile because she's been backed into a corner.
On the one hand, she feels she has to support her "friend," no matter how abusive or vulgar or rude he is. On the other hand, she can't just come out and say, "Yes, it's OK to say 'eat a d**k' because...." because there can never be any justification for that sort of behavior. And she knows it. So she continues to dance around the question rather than ever addressing it directly -- telling us all we really need to know. |
