whats the adverage price of a house out there? idk. honestly.. i know another house in town.. less square footage and smaller yard but nicer shape than mine just sold for around $65.. im thinkin mine would be worth about that.. but im afraid hes going to get someone from outa the area who sees it.. sees the potential.. and doesnt check the comperable houses and they will get it.. oh well. ya do what ya gotta do..

Wedding is May 16th, and techincally I"m best friends witht he Groom, but the whole tradition thing he was one of the groomsmen in my wedding, and now I get to be a bridesmaid in his Damn it I'd have much rather worn the Tux no stupid Bow Butt!!! And Drifter if you'd rather we'll track down a female one for ya, it's rumored that they hang out at the Tiki Lounge
