If you are going to yell I think I'd take my cues from Loretta Laroche ... get dressed up ... wear a viking hat and don a club ... wrap a tablecloth around your neck and rubber boots for your feet ... now wander around your front yard in a huff so all the neighbours can see ... now yell in Viking Operatic fashion ... I know life gets scary and overwhelming sweetheart ... just trying to lighten the energy around you a bit ... laughter is the great equalizer ... Hoping things get better soon!
