That's when I try to work in some "cave time," where I can shut myself off for a while to think about what's wrong, so I can appreciate what's right!

If nothing else, you get tired of your own company after a while and are ready to re-engage again! Is that a luxury? No, it's a survival technique and is MUCH cheaper than therapy!

When it is dark and nasty, cold and raining..you look for the spot where the sun comes through...colours come alive...warmth hits your skin...BINGO...sunshine...(it feels so nice)...then you look to the trailing edge of the storm...and where the sun spills over the back of the raining clouds...there are rainbows.

They come and go....but, they are there for all of us.

Nah I enjoy the world and all it has to offer. When I start feeling like you describe, I arrange to go camping with my friends where we Ride,Eat,Drink and Party in General. By the time I come back, I feel very uplifted and ready to face the daily grind again.
