Good Morning Silveradogal Haven`t had one for almost 2 weeks. But the "nikki" is trying to kick me to buy a pack.I`m keeping my will power strong and not giving in. Special cigarettes are " Mother Nature" smokes. How long ago did you quit smoking? Not stopped totally yet. 3 a day so far. Its hard to do. This gives me hope, so I can quit? Keep up the good work. You can do it. But don`t get discouraged with yourself if you want one. It happens. I cut myself down to a pack a week before not having a cigarette for almost 2 weeks. Before that I was smoking a pack a day. Years ago I used to smoke at least 2 packs a day. I know that it is difficult to quit.

One time I did about 25 years ago. But I only put on about 15 lbs. I have quit and quit over the years. This time it is time for me to stop. Good luck in trying to quit. I know that it is hard trying to. How many cigarettes are you down to a day now?

Just pace yourself. Half a pack a day is a good start. Don`t get discouraged with yourself. Do you try to do something to distract yourself from wanting a cigarette?
