I made a list of things I could spend that money on. Do you have a list? Then when I got up, I went as long as I could without that fist ciggie. Everyday it got longer and longer. Now its to where I just have one in the a.m with my last cup of coffee. Then one after I eat lunch, and then right before bedtime. Eat alot of suckers. I did tootsie roll pops, did you know that helps?

You are correct it is. I didn't gain any weight. If you start to do that, think you could try carrot sticks? No I haven't visited that thread yet. I'll go see what it is. Be there in a bit when I can find it.
