Topic: One of my mutual matches

So, I actually emailed all of my mutual matches last time. Then deleted them when I never heard from them. One of them, who did read my email, yet never replied has looked at my profile several times since then. I know, I know.. mutual matches never work. I just found it odd that he ignored my email, yet keeps checking out my profile.

yeah I have found out in my short time here that happens a lot.. they look and look but thats it.. oh well. at least you tried right It's what I get for actually trying to talk to mutual matches.

Used to happen to me all the time. I don't get it either. Can't use the shy excuse when someone's e-mailed you first

Ha! Once in a while I actually meet a mutual match... You are brave though, to mail them all. Recently I had similiar experiences. I mean, why say yes and then not reply to a mail? It certainly is mystifying.

I don't really understand the shy excuse online anyway. If they're too shy to talk to someone online, how are they ever going to meet anyone?

What I don't get is why then be on a dating site . especially one with free communications? whats the point? maybe a voyeur? but then there are all kinds of different sites people can go to for any of their sexual preferences..

It would be a little different if he hadn't been a mutual match and I hadn't emailed him already. I dunno. Oh well. I've never e-mailed a Mutual Match. I'm still waiting for one with more than 7 words in her profile.

Yikes. Why are they on a dating site if that's so? Especially online dating .. it's not for the faint at heart, that's for sure.
