are there some days when you feel God has forsaken you? be seeing you Yes well there is always the bigger picture to wait on. We can rest in that God is in control even when we go thru stuff. Sometimes you just can't be a wimp like an unbeliever. That's what God's word refers to as "be strong & of a good courage."  Non-believers are wimps???:  noway:

Well, This "wimp" as you put it, has done a tour of duty in Afghanistan, at some points, being "outside the wire" multiple times a day. So keep fighting the good fight of faith. When you get weary rest in your God who doesn't faint or get weary. He never leaves us or forsakes us. You can count on that.  BTW...I didn't call you a wimp. From you comments, I can only assume 1 of 2 things. 1. You have never really read anything I have posted in this section, as I have mentioned several times that I am Atheist, in threads you have participated in. or. . . 2. You are going by that old saying:"There are no Atheists in Foxholes. If that is indeed what you are doing all I have to say is: Well then why would you ask such a question? Never mind...I already answered it anyway..regardless of what you think. So that would answer your second question... it does not apply. I am both amused and annoyed that you think I should be less stubborn then you are As far as my beliefs are concerned. As far as any responses you might have posted, since the boards here are in such rapid decline I probly don't bother reading the responses because most here are all about hate & arrogance...not sharing info or learning anything. Or maybe your posts just get lost in the morass of long winded diatribes some post here that really is a waste of bandwidth. (I wonder how many epople fall asleep trying to read what some post here. ) No matter...but YOU have a nice day!

As far as any responses you might have posted, since the boards here are in such rapid decline I probly don't bother reading the responses because most here are all about hate & arrogance...not sharing info or learning anything. Or maybe your posts just get lost in the morass of long winded diatribes some post here that really is a waste of bandwidth. (I wonder how many epople fall asleep trying to read what some post here. ) No matter...but YOU have a nice day! Oh Please QuickStepper you basically just admitted that you don't read most of the posts here, how the heck would you know anything about any of us in any depth, you don't read enough to find out, nor care to. Some tidbit catches your eye and you jump in and respond in a half-assed manner, leaving a few snide remarks for good measure. If you feel the board has declined and your so bored, I am sure the door swings both ways.... For someone so disappointed in the direction of this forum you still find 'something' worth staying for. Why don't you stay in the christian singles forum if general is so distasteful to you. Just don't know why you bother to respond to threads you clearly don't read enough of to grasp. |

IF ONE SEE EVIL, AND HATE, AND MALICE AS EVIL, and see it not as common, and simple human nature, then deception lead this one into the same pit it think it see, FORCING THE MIND TO create "itself into" as a BLIND CREATOR, all it SEE AND LABEL AS evil and hate ignorance?
train the eye to see either black or white as better, and WHICHEVER ONE THE MIND SEE AS BETTER, IT BECOME AS THE OPPOSITE? |

All I know is she essentially referred to all non-believers as "wimps" and then an Atheist called her on that who had served a tour in Afghanistan. I would have been mortified if I was her.
