Is guys night out really that big of a deal?


when does it stop being just a night out with the guys and turn into avoiding the relationship?

what activities would be considered..unacceptable for palling around?

all activities are acceptable.....

Guys night out on all days that end with a "Y"...might be avoidance...

it'a good for the relationship, some time apart so you get to miss your partner and play poker!

Since I don't drink, bars don't thrill me.

Never been a fan of titty bars, either. I mean, if I'm already in a relationship, why go somewhere to look at tits when I got 'em at home, and I can do more than just look? Never understood that one.

Apparantly men like to look at alot of titties!!!!

women are great. They are soft and cuddly and feminine.

but if a guy hangs out with only women he also turns soft and cuddly and feminine. And what woman wants that in her guy?

I never quite understood the idea of putting money into a woman's underwear if you weren't gonna get laid as part of the deal....lol

I've never had much use for strip clubs, either. I used to work at a pizza shop that delivered to almost all of the one in the city I lived in. The dancers actually loved me because I would walk in and treat them just like I would any other customer.

Kinda like looking up at the stage in Vegas.

I've never had a problem with "guys night out" as long as I get a girls night out. As long as it's not all the time, every weekend.
When it comes to him spending time with the guys just to avoid spending time with you, then it's a big issue.
But I will not date someone that I can't trust to go out with his friends and not do anything stupid.

I think men need a night out with their friends as well as women need them. As long as the guy doesnt have all women friends!!!

For guys night out...all my married friends just want to come hang out at my house. Drink a few beers...watch some fights...do some submission fighting or get drunk and break out the fencing gear.

What is funny, is when a wife calls repeatedly when she knows damn well there is not a single female at my house...just doesn't want her old man to have too much fun without her. Happens everytime.

People need some time apart to keep their sanity imo. Some have a problem with Guys/Girls night out because of lack of trust and often have control issues.

It's guys night out this saturday, I will be the only single one, so I'm going to have a good time

I've never been opposed to guys night out either... not even with the strip clubs you want to pay to see it go right ahead, you'll have to come back home to get your fix anyway....

Thursday night poker..go ahead..football games at hooters or whatever equivalent.. not a problem


but apparently for some people that time apart is bad or they make it out to be....

I just wanted a pole to see how big a deal it really is.. I'm guessing its the frequency of the nights out....that becomes the problem

"guys night out" is just an avoidance factor of being in a relationship. there are no activities that come to mind that your S.O. can't be a part of or should be a part of.. When you get into a relationship priorities change its about the 2 of you ..Not the "buds"...thats why you go into relationships in the first place I thought?

I believe when men want a night out they should give me their visa card!!!
