Because you want your name in the mix. What if head shift nurses and administrators from several other countries came to visit your site? Why not invite them?
That provides the Welcome Opportunity for their business to book travel plans that place your site on their itinerary.
Do you know anybody at a really top-notch place, which would welcome the interest?
This way, you act as the coordinator, or at least as an enabler/link.
What's in it, for you?
Contacts.
Offers to reciprocate, invitations to visit their facilities, in their countries. Etc.
