okay. here's a question, for Canadians. How does somebody from outside of Canada locate employment opportunities inside Canada, using the internet? What sites are the best? What protocols are required?  Yes, the visa, of course. I am interested in deciding if Canada is a wise investment for the years ahead. If so, then the change of national citizenship would follow. |

A few years ago I wanted to migrate to australia.......I had enough points but they wanted me to be a hairdresser again...
I think I may be too old to migrate there now unless I marry an aussie. |

Its hard to say.....the usa is not doing too well right now but I think Canada will be following. I wonder what europe looks like now??? The issue for your locale is the 2010 Olympics, which is going to provide pre-olympics financing of infrastructure/support. After the olympics is when the downsizing will take place, in the fields that are currently recruiting for medical professionals. That is when the incoming workers of today/tomorrow will be scrabbling to remain employed...but the influx might create a permanent expansion/growth that maintains steady employment into 2012. |

yur welcome See my post to Gypsy, about the olympics and the economic boost. If you've got artistic stuff ready to market while the olympics is going on, it could be an opportunity to reach customers who are already prepared to spend $$$$$$$ on Canadian memorabilia and momentos of the occasion.
