Well, I'm picky like that and can be a *****. I'd tell him to wash her hands and ask for the manager and request a new waitress. But, that's just me.

This actually happened to me once.
I insisted on speaking with the manager. I didn't want to embarrass the waitress but personal hygeniune especially in food service is critical. |

OMG ive seen people do that.... but never my server grosss!! i would leave and go somewhere else .

I've not seen an employee of the restaurant do it though. I would probably ask for another server and tell the manager about it. |

I call the manager over and tell him what I know and let him know I refuse to be served by that person.

i find it ironic that so many ask for a new server i wonder if that really solves the issue. how well liked is the dirty server and what lil xtras come in yer food.

I'd beat the server with the disregard for state health codes and pummel him into a bloody pulp. Then I'd drag him into the kitchen and use him as an example for any one else in the kitchen crew who decide to break health codes. But that's just me. |
