"The Loyal Faithful Loving Wife"

An elderly couple of 50 yrs were talking one day.
The husband was a cheap,thrifty miser that always made his wife go without all those years of marriage and as a christian woman she put up with it!
I went to the Dr. today said the old misserable man! & the Dr. said I got about a month left to live!

He said when I die, I demand you woman to put all of "OUR" money in this metal box and place it in my casket at the service for I am bringing it to the afterlife with me!
& HE MENT IT! >>>

Now as a loyal faithful loving wife & christian woman she aggreed smiling as always...>

I'm thinking here WTF???

So the day comes he passes on and at the funeral parlor the poor abused widow of all those terrible years going without sits patiently in the rear dressed in black next to her long time girlfriend as the room of people waits for the preacher to end the service.

Then as the preacher is about to close the lid of the casket! the widow shouts WAIT!

The widow appoaches the coffin with a metal box & places it inside next to her dead husband! then scoots back to her seat.

Her long time girlfriend of many years sitting next to the widow sez...> Girl!!!!!! You wern't foolish enough to put all your money in that metal box to be burried with that no good bum of a husband! After all these years he treated you like garbage and made you go without did you??????????????????

The widow turned to her girlfiend calm & smiling stating...> Yes Indeed! I did!...

As a Loyal Faithful Loving Wife & Christian Woman I "ALWAYS" done what my late husband asked of me!

HOWEVER! I first took all of the money from "OUR" account, & placed it into > "MY" account! .... Then! I wrote him a "CHECK" and put it in the metal box and that's what he has in his coffin!
!!! "A CHECK" !!!

I DID WHAT WAS ASKED OF ME!

" ! IF HE CAN CASH IT ~ HE CAN KEEP IT ! "

I'm goin shoppin & out to party after this said the widow
