Anyone State side heard of the British boxers Amir Khan and Joe
Calzachie, and if so, how do YOU rate them?

I'm a big boxing fan, known as the boxing bible by my friends, Khan very
good prospect, The best out there, But they need to stop baby sitting
him and bring his ass to the states for better competition and money,
Galzaghe, In my opinion best supper middleweight right now, even if his
competition has been limited and didn't fought on the states, well hell,
when he pack stadiums in UK and scotland, I'm talking 53,000 people
don't need, but he need a crucial fight, Winky, Taylor, Kessler, Jones,
Taylor or even Bernard to be taken more serious, Great speed for a guy
that big. he's a hall of famer.

Who you think is going to win the megafight this weekend, De LaHoya or
Floyd.

If floyd get on his bike as usuall he will win a very boring fight by
decision. If he have to go after Delahoya and trade, Floyd get knock the
**** out.

I'm choosing Delahoya, By Knockout, what he's going to do to Floyd is a
felony in most of the states.

bouncing Mayweather off the ropes and trying to whale on him is not how
Oscar use to fight. He looked so worried and worn out by the end of the
fifth round. Sorry guys Oscar is old now and just because his sing and
acting wasnt working out.. (channel 33) doesnt mean he needed to make a
come back against one of the undeafeted youngsters. He's rumbled with
some big boys too. Time to upgrade its 2007

Maybe you are right, Prettytati83.I said before the fight that I
believed Oscar to be a little past his prime..

I have no respect for Maywether, however, aside from his undisputable
boxing skills..

He reminds me a lot of Larry Holmes..I paid money to have all Holmes'
fights on Pay TV, 'cause I wanted to see his ass beat.
I just, naturally hate arrogant people, as Holmes and Maywether are..

Oscar did not want to risk anything in this fight, he did what was
necessary to avoid being accused of arranging the fight. Like I said in
another thread, it was about the money, not that night's money, but the
future money. Golden Boy Production/Promotions owned the fight, and
he'll produced the next fight Floyd's in. When Oscar fought Ricardo
Mayorga last year, Mayorga (stupid as he is) insulted Milly De la Hoya
and Oscar promised to make him swallow his words. And boy, did he
swallow hard.

Oscar would have knocked out Floyd back in the time, right now, he is
past his prime, very strong but not fast enough. And Mayweather is very
much aware of Oscar style. Floyd Sr. was Oscar trainer for many years
and Floyd's brother is training Floyd, they are both schooled in the
Mayweather style of boxing.

We still have a lot to see of Floyd "Pretty Boy" Mayweather arrogant and
****y self... We'll see Oscar in a very different light from now on.
