I had a black cat for 13 years and my birthday had been on Friday the 13th. Not superstitious.

Just thought of another one (yes, I find myself doing this one, too): It's supposed to be good luck to find a penny lying on the floor/ground....but only if it's "heads up". If it's "tails up", don't touch it. I do that one.  Also, when I pick it up I usually say, "Find a penny, pick it up, and all the day you'll have good luck."
