An American battleship is cruising out of its local waters off the shore of Newfoundland in a heavy fog and its Captain sees a light of another ship heading towards it. He quickly turns on the Hailing horn and loud speakers, gives a blast and orders the other ship to get out of his way. He hears a reply that tells him to change his course instead. Incensed by this...the Captain shouts through the speaker that he will not, and again orders the other ship to turn away to starboard. Again the reply is
"NO". As he is getting real close now, he makes a final demand.... "This is one of the largest most powerful ships in the US Navy and I will tell you one last time to turn away to starboard...or we will ram you". After a few moments a Newfie on a speaker can be heard laughing and then says, "This is Lighthouse no. 63....its your call dip sh!t"
