My daughter had to get a prescription anti-perspirant. Evidently got that from her daddy. But, seriously, it was only $7 FOR A PRESCRIPTION. Heck, the over-the-counter stuff isn't much less anymore!!!

Alot of times, cold hands and feet are due to a circulation problem. Do you take blood thinners or Aspirin? The sweating could be a slight dehydration problem. Although some people just sweat, look for a deodarant with a antiperspirant in it. That should help.

I don't take anything. I drink 4 to 6 bottles of water a day.

I don't really sweat much at all even during the Summer. But my hands and especially my feet stay ice cold all year round.

antipersperants block sweating

THen it could just be the way your body works...like we said, try a strong antiperspirant....there are several out there...the even make prescription strength brands over the counter now.

right around when it started getting cold was when I noticed it. I've also noticed that I'm burning through food faster than I was a year ago.

Nothing has changed in my daily actions.

Then you got about 6 years left, unless it's a medical issue...
