judging someone by their past makes you a hypocrite.

this is the kind of question that we can all be high and mighty about... but when faced with love versus someone's past...

get it?

Sitting here whistling and looking up..thinking YES,,,we might not comment on mine huh,,,lol,,,lol

Ha, I will comment.

I wouldn't have a problem with. If we are talking over a lifetime and it didn't involve cheating on a spouse or significant other, and if the medical tests came back clean. No worries, I might actually appreciate the experience.

NEW YORK - It’s a question that often prompts a boastful answer or a bashful one: How many sex partners have you had?

Now the federal government says it has authoritative statistics, documenting that men are far more likely to play the field than women.

A new nationwide survey, using high-tech methods to solicit candid answers on sexual activity and illegal drug use, finds that 29 percent of American men report having 15 or more female sexual partners in a lifetime, while only 9 percent of women report having sex with 15 or more men.

The median number of lifetime female sexual partners for men was seven; the median number of male partners for women was four.

I agree with this, to some extent. Still, there's the question of sexual addiction to consider....

If someone started having sex at 16 and now they are......say 46 (just to make it easier). That's 30 years. They have never been married. That's less than 2 partners per year. Doesn't sound all that bad in that context does it? I'd wonder why they never married, but that's a whole other story.....laugh I could venture to guess when I was in my 20's and trying to find "the man" I probably racked up some numbers (although not 50!) that wouldn't be too appealing to some. I guess the numbers game is only that, numbers. People change, and then again some don't.

I know someone that had 50 partners in just 10 years....and that was after they had slowed down, after marriage.

Everyone has a past. I think I would be more comfortable with someone who was willing to tell me the truth than someone who plays off how many people they have been with.

No way in the world will I believe that people have only the low numbers that the stats say. When I factor the numbers on the people I know; especially after divorce and dateing; it just doesn't jive.

You are relatively young from your photo but when teens are admiditing to being sexually active at parties and changeing partners as often as they change their shoes the numbers are not going to be "traditional".

It is sad but sex is for some a rather meaningless act. You need to decide how you feel about it and wheather if your partners values are compatiable.

I know a girl that has been with well over 1500 guys. If I meet a guy I'm interested in, I always ask if he knows her.
