That depends, if you're married, it gets complicated, in my opinion, but if you're dating, I would say two at the maximum.

oh, and as for punishment, I'm not a good person to ask about that. What most people consider punishment, I see as reward, but that's me and my twisted perception.

are you freakin serious?

there is no excuse.. there is no reason. there is nothing more unexceptable than cheating.

there is no "i'll take you back" after something so horrible.

how can one person disrespect and belittle someone so much as to cheat on them?

really. no reason.

Is this a trick question??? Okay, if you are married and there are years of good stuff, and if the partners are willing to get some goooood counseling and try to get on the same page, work out issues that might lead up to a "stray", maybe once. It DOES happen to even the best of people with the best of intentions and in the BEST of marriages. But, if you are not married and nothing is at stake, really, move on!!!

But marriage is a bond that transcends normality. If I had a wife and she cheated on me, marriage would be an issued that could potentially keep it together. True, the trust would be damaged and would have to be built up as much as possible, but still.

Agree.

However men do not just cheat too.. women do the same thing.. so it's not a one way street as it seem's to always be easier to blame a guy for something like cheating for whatever the reasoning because I guess you just don't hear about women cheating at all. frustrated huh
