My neighbor leaves his curtains open and our windows are close and he is sooo 50 years old. When I open my curtains for sun I sometimes get old ass shots. Id tell my parents but I am afraid my dad would kill the man, go to prison, and Id not have anyone to pay for my college and gas.
I know he waits until he thinks I am in my room before he undresses. No reply is necessary, just random ramblings from Amber.

Once i peeked before I opened the curtains because I didnt want to open the curtains and see him but he saw me peek or so I think he did. so now I think he thinks I want to see him. so I need to get a guy to come to my room and take pictures to black mail him. |

you could always leave a note in his mailbox and request that he stop, and tell him you will call the police if he doesn't....he is exposing himself...ILLEGAL

I lived in some apartments eons ago and the "pool stud" lived across from me. Well, he left his shades up a LOT!!! Yes, he was a muscle man, except for ONE LITTLE AREA!!!

I agree.  If you tried to get the police involved they would just tell you not to look in his window. Its legal for a person to walk around nekkid in their home with the curtains open even though its gross

I'd gather all your closest friends in your room and do a HUGE "point and laugh" fest!!! And, I'd take all sorts of pics and make copies for the neighbors.
