you could always leave a note in his mailbox and request that he stop, and tell him you will call the police if he doesn't....he is exposing himself...ILLEGAL Its not illegal in your own house. If a child should happen by that window...it surely would be....

If a child should happen by that window...it surely would be.... nope. The cops would just say not to look in the window. A person can be nekkid in their own home anytime they want. As long as he is indoors there is nothing that can be done (legally)

My neighbor leaves his curtains open and our windows are close and he is sooo 50 years old. When I open my curtains for sun I sometimes get old ass shots. Id tell my parents but I am afraid my dad would kill the man, go to prison, and Id not have anyone to pay for my college and gas. I know he waits until he thinks I am in my room before he undresses. No reply is necessary, just random ramblings from Amber. this seems to be a battle of the curtains if i say don't open the curtains then you'll say well i should be able to open my curtains..if i say he should close his cutains then someone will say its his house.so something or someone has got to give

Personally, I don't bother with curtains and a lot of the time in the mornings I'm walking around naked before I get dressed for work after my shower. I'm not modest and figure if someone sees and doesn't like it they can look somewhere else. If they do, I'll put on a show. Put a note on his door to get a gym membership. Then at least if he doesn't stop you'll have something good to look at..

I wouldn't be inclined to give legal advice. Every state's laws are different. Somethings best just ignored. but sometimes I want to look outside.

i threw a homemade smoke bomb in my neighbors house once then ran like hell. paint balls an a hunting bow work the best
