One word KARMA, always treat people the way you expect to be treated if they like you or not. and the better person always win. Trust me I have a customer that drives me CRAZY, he is not professional, and I think he is always trying to test my professionalism. I say a good long prayer before I have any contact with him what so ever!

If you dislike them because of your own personality conflicts...then no it's not ok to openly dislike them. Honesty is always the best policy. If it is a coworker, then shut up, it only causes problems. Personally I treat people how they ASK to be treated by their own actions and words. |

Froce situations means you conform, i.e. work/past relationships invovling kids. That's what being an adult is about. Other then that.. if i don't like you, you will know shortly enough. That's what me being me is about.

I guess it would depend on why I dislike them. I can't stand to be in the same room with my brother. He has threatened to kill me more times than I care to remember. I will not talk to him unless I absolutely have to. There are others that I can deal with.
