I don't anymore. I've had it, I'm done. Thats it, its over I F^cking quit. I'm leaving. I'm sickof the horse$hit, sick of the bull$hit, sick of the lies and the back stabbing. I'm f^cking done doing for everone else just to get treated like $hit. So if anyone whats a business in IOWA let me know I don't f^cking want it anymore and I'm shutting it down, and finding somewhere else to go. I'm thinking burma or molly or something allong those lines. Somewhere there genocide going on or something.

I have a custom automotive shop, (small but makes a good amount of money), I own a few vending machines, I have contract to but 4 buildings to renovate into appartments, office space, and store fronts, and I'm inprocess of opening an E-bay drop off store and consignment store carring a little bitof everything.

@warzone! ok.. do this.. breathe.. DEEPLY.. inhale! and EXHALE! calming thoughts.. and remember that not everyone is stupid, manipulative or coldhearted... take a bit of time to think.. long and hard about this.. and if after a week of seriously thinking on it, and not on the situation that brought you here. you still want to then craigslist it or something.. and as for the stupid people.. dont let them get to you,..... they are not worth your sanity! lol and they are not worth your time.. deal with them.. and move on.. and pretend they never existed except to learn from them

I've done it before, I have no problem doing it again.

Colorado bro. Beautiful mountains. That's where happyness lies. Plus there's some really unique people that live there. Especially in the Boulder area.

Everyone in my life has been like that for the last 6 years. 3 years ago in Dallas I gave away 3 businesses, a handful of rental propertys and my house, and the small collection of cars I had put together and kept as personal toys or show cars for one of my businesses. I've done it before, I have no problem doing it again. that is an extremely random thing to do. and were it that i knew anyone other than my abusive ex that knows anything about custom auto.. i would seriously concider takin you up on it.. however my bf is a carpenter... wheels turning* naw.. i couldnt take advatntage of anyone like that.. i do hope you put some thought into it.. but if you do need a change.. there are some businusses for sale in my town.. one is a garage/gas station.. that has serious potential./ lol as somethin to keep in mind.. and id be more than happy to help ya get them up and running.. and i know a couple sweet and not evil/deceptive girls in the area who i could set ya up with. lol

aawww.. i just dont want to see anyone take advantage of you.. try getting a realestate agent and selling the properties and such.. but dont just give it away! just doesnt seem fair:frow: you must have worked so hard..
