I have a custom automotive shop, (small but makes a good amount of money), I own a few vending machines, I have contract to but 4 buildings to renovate into appartments, office space, and store fronts, and I'm inprocess of opening an E-bay drop off store and consignment store carring a little bitof everything.

Everyone in my life has been like that for the last 6 years. 3 years ago in Dallas I gave away 3 businesses, a handful of rental propertys and my house, and the small collection of cars I had put together and kept as personal toys or show cars for one of my businesses.

I've done it before, I have no problem doing it again.
