Just about everything. My mother was raised in a time when everything was hidden. I`m 42 now and still to this day finding out the correct answers. I remember asking her when a woman used tampons, her response( when she`s married).

I always knew there was no santa and figured out pretty quickly there was no easter bunny. It wasn't heartbreaking for me. But I was a different kind of kid lol I was more interested in writing, music and thinking to be bothered.
But I have to say....the tooth fairy. I was really upset when I was 21.....I had to get a tooth pulled. I put it under my pillow and in the morning there was no money under my pillow. I was NOT a happy camper! It was then and there I decided that if I ever needed false teeth, I was NOT going to put them under my pillow, and she was NOT going to have the privelidge of having them. I dont need her money anways. Lousy tooth fairy. |

They had my sis & I terrified (throughout our childhood) that the "Rapture" was going to happen at any moment. I can't even count the number of nightmares I had about being left behind and ending up in some sort of sinner's concentration camp.
