Date when you feel ready,not when others say you should.Remember you have to have time to mourn your relationship.Introduction to kids,if serious, one year. It`s worth the wait. Messes with the kid`s minds less and they aren`t swamped with temporary aunts.

You can date someone for quite awhile before they have to meet your kids. If your relationship ended before you actually got divorced, then date when you feel comfortable with it. Some people can get over a broken relationship rather quickly and some can't. If you start dating and have not gotten over your previous relationship, you are on the rebound.
