Seriously, if you think she is being dishonest, then end things. Plain and simple.

Does she have a bird-flu or ebola? If not, then she is lying.

Remember in humans FEELINGS come first.

Perhaps she feels terrible about telling you the truth knowing how much the truth will hurt. Perhaps she thinks you will feel terrible. By keeping thing in silence or giving out little lies will cast doubts, so you wont feel the full pain, but nevertheless, you will be stressed by your mental "what if's." She doesn't realize that not knowing is the worst feeling of all.

Come clean, make her to talk. Ask straight question. State your feelings and your concerns. Tell her that the cliff hanger mystery is tearing you inside and that you need some answers to bring things to proper closure and make peace with yourself. You may feel pain, loss, sorrow, but in the end, you will learn to move on and go forward, slowly, one step at a time :-)

Now go do the thing that you must do my young grassappa. LOL.

Sorry JMO your being played big time and your letting her by hanging on. If they can't be honest with you now they never will be. But come on 5 weeks AOL shshsh they would have to have a real good excuse for that one for me. Like on their death bed or in Jail. Walk away while you can and can still hold your head up.
