Seriously though is bear meat tough? No I like it. As with anything you cook if cooked wrong it gets tough. With the right prep. it can be the best steak you ever had. |

Last time I had bear I found this inside, and it doesn't look like hunter to me.

Seriously though is bear meat tough? No I like it. As with anything you cook if cooked wrong it gets tough. With the right prep. it can be the best steak you ever had. I've never had it. Someone told me it was greasy. Maybe it wasn't prepped right like you said. I've had buffalo and it was good. |
