On Tuesday, Hamas legislators marked the Christmas season by passing a Shari'a criminal code for the Palestinian Authority. Among other things, it legalizes crucifixion.

Hamas's endorsement of nailing enemies of Islam to crosses came at the same time it renewed its jihad. Here, too, Hamas wanted to make sure that Christians didn't feel neglected as its fighters launched missiles at Jewish day care centers and schools. So on Wednesday, Hamas lobbed a mortar shell at the Erez crossing point into Israel just as a group of Gazan Christians were standing on line waiting to travel to Bethlehem for Christmas.

Oh the poor Palestinians. sad

All they are doing is indiscriminately firing rockets into Israel, why can't the Israelis mind their own business. sad

If you are pro-Palestinian on this, please tell me how you would feel if Mexico started shooting rockets into the southern USA?

It's a lose, lose situation. Very sad that Israel won't back off despite pressure from nations around the world. But I'm sure the US justifies it right? This world is F-ed up.

I would not like that.

How would you feel if some bunch of Native Indians displace you from the ****ty farm house (or good one, insert your own here) you had to yourself, to "return to the motherland" and build their own state?

What if someone throws you on the street because they did live in your apartment before you moved-in?

Don't know about you. I would probably be contemplating something nasty.

Me too, but that doesn't go down well with spider, it's different, you know?
Spider and his buddies claim that Palestine was never the Palestinians to begin with, go figure.

There is no way of stopping this kind of violence with out resorting to they're level. Personally I feel we should just annihilate them, but that'sa not the way the world works.

Your arguments make no sense.

There has never, in the history of the world, been a nation called "Palestine". The area that is now called "Palestine" was a part of Eqypt and Jordan until Eqypt and Jordan attacked Israel and Israel LEGALLY took the land from them so that they would have a buffer between themselves and two hostile enemy nations.

The whole Palestinian thing is complete BS. If you have bought into this crap, then you really really really need to educate yourself.

Yeah, whatever that means.

It means what it means. It should not be so hard to get for a literalist.

The missles they are firing is like targeting something with a bottle rocket. If they were targeting that group they were just,,,,I dont want to say lucky because I dont people taking that wrong and it is not meant to be. They have no computerized guidence...Have you seen them being launched? To target something with a morter takes many shots to hone in on a target..

Do you think my argument does make no sense? I think it does make a good sense.

There was never a nation called Palestine. I know. So what?
Was there ever a nation called United States of America?

So, my question simply puts Americans in the shoes of Palestinians. You're American. There was never such a thing as United States before. This land was a home of native Indian Tribes. That is the truth and you know it or you need to educate yourself.

If Native Indians throw you off your lend to rebuild what truly did exist here before, you will be in the shoes of Palestinians (or rather barefoot, Palestinian style).

I am expecting you to start arguing that either:

- Americans do not deserve this since Americans are good and Indians live among us. In this case you apparently didn't know that Jews did live among Palestinians, and they were not treated like ****, before the state of Israel.

- Palestinians deserve this, since they can't protect their **** just like Natives of America couldn't protect their ****. So, basically you're barking on the side of a bigger dog. OK.

Yeah, you changed it, so now it makes sense.

There is one case where a country can legally take land from another. That case is when an aggressor attacks another nation and the attacked nation takes the aggressor's land. Mexico attacked the US, the US took California and New Mexico. Texas had already rebelled under Mexican rule and the Texans were glad to join with the US. Sorry dude.

Let me give you an another good example.

When Native American Tribes attacked the old world, the ships were sent to conquer the Natives, and their land was rightfully taken.

You're funny, dude!

1) There is a nation called The United States of America...I live there. So yes, there is a nation called The United States of America.

2) Many Arabs, especially those in Jerusalem, helped Hitler during WWII.

3) It was a common occurrence for Arabs to attack Jews living in the middle east since the late 1800s.

Until WWI, much of the Middle East was under the control of Turkey.

Following WWI, the land was controlled by various Western Nations.

In 1947, the UN sought to settle the cries from both the Jews and the Arabs for a country by giving them each some of the land. The majority of the land given to Israel was desert, while the best land and the sea ports were given to the Arabs. The Jews accepted the plan and the next day five Muslim countries declared war on Israel.

Now it's not hard to see, the Arabs of Palestine were promised a country and it would be great for them to get it, but the problem is that they have consistantly rejected that since 1947. What they want is to overturn the decision by the UN to give the Jews a country of their own. Their reasoning is that is was Arab land, but there were Jews living there. It was NEVER a nation, only part of various nations. I'm cool with the two nation approach that the UN decided upon in 1947, I'm just not sure how anybody can think that there shouldn't be a nation of Israel (which historically did exist), but there should be this new nation which has never existed before and the Jews who lived in that area should just go "F" themselves. I just don't get that...the history seems to indicate that both groups should get some of the land.

I'm talking about Mexico, not the Native Americans. I don't feel responsible for what the French, Spanish and British did to the Native Americans. I wasn't alive then and I didn't help make those decisions. But I do know that those things started in 1492 and the US wasn't founded until 1783.

Condemning the obscene actions of Israel does not equal supporting all the actions of Hamas.

I know to some simplistic thinkers all the world is black or white, good or evil...that simply isn't the case.

but is the same sort of foreign policy which AMerica is still using. Taking by force what is not from them.

You should have started the argument with this line. Now it should be really obvious to anyone why Israel should have the right to make war on Palestinians.

I think Israel should also bomb Germany, the have helped Hitler too.

Like I said, I enjoy your sense of humor.rofl
