Yes; and last years resolution was the first one I have been able to keep so far. Hoping that this year (2009) I will have success with this resolution also... "Quit Smoking" at least before 2010....

Yes I do, I don't call them sresolutions tho,I make 5 goals I want accomplish this next year. So far that has worked for me.
