assuming you mean an online dating site, its because it is very unnatural... no worries though, its actually easier than trying to meet normal human beings in a bar or such =p

I know when I came online and joined the internet dating world I had no expectations and have a ball in forums. So I never thought of it as ridiculous. Just come out and have some fun. IMO.. If you don't follow the flock like most others have the tendency to (viewing this as a site simply for dating, nothing else -- kinda like going to a grocery store to buy a steak), it's not ridiculous. By considering a site such as this to be ONLY for DATING and THAT'S ALL, you're only setting yourself up for disaster. I've said this so many times, yet people refuse to listen. They still insist on considering it to be a "dating site".
