this late at night? i have lower back problems and most nights i sleep in shifts.due to pain.

I just can't seem to shut off my brain long enough to fall asleep. I worry about things when I should be sleeping.

I work a very high stress/high paced job for 8 hours and get off at 11 pm. Am I supposed to just go to sleep?????

uhhh the constant talk to people around the world i talk to people from usa england australia korea its hard because i have to be up at a certain hour to talk to them

How do people with sleep apnea fall asleep if they gotta' wear one of those breathing apparatus things on their face?

How do people with sleep apnea fall asleep if they gotta' wear one of those breathing apparatus things on their face? apparantly Im a grinder and Im supposed to wear a mouth guard. I cant wear it for even 30 seconds. My 2nd option is a hockey mouth guard........I dont think soooooooooo!!!

I was asleep and i woke up..i work nights...so my sleep schedule is whacked. and its freezing cold and i really really..miss my boyfriend tonight

My ex used to sleep with her tongue hanging out and she'd drool all over the pillow. I used to take pictures of this and show em' to her later. Now that I think about it that might be why she's my ex.

I just got off a 12 hour shift 2 hours ago and I am still up but slowly fading into LaLa land.

I normally get about 5 hours of sleep a night......not good but I cant sleep.

I worked 8 and got suckered into 4 more. They wanted me to stay longer. Damn, why can't these people show up for work. I have a hard enough time fighting my greed without them enabling it.
