That is a very beautiful poem. As a poet myself, I read a lot of other people's stuff online and on sites such as this one and I see an awful lot of useless crap. Hell I even write a bunch of useless crap in my own humble opinion. But what you have written there is very beautiful and insightful. It makes the reader understand what is going on inside you in the deepest part of your heart and THAT is what writing poetry is all about.
