That would be an awesome feature. I wish they actually had that on our profiles.It could be done but probably would require too much additional bandwidth.

If you could have a 10 second voice post, what would it sound like? Just imagine -- a million Voice Profiles: "I don't know what to say here." Yeah thats true. There will be a lot of those. Since its only ten seconds I would of course feel compelled to make a scathing indictment on the character of all males.

I just think it would be really cool to have sound emos...no? Think of the hours of gaseous fun we could have? Absolutely not. It may be fun for..oh....about 10 minutes. Trust me. It would get old in a BIG hurry.

It would get old in a BIG hurry. Realistically, you are probably right. A few people would do some creative cool ones but most would abuse it and just make a bunch stupid sounds or use foul language. Also, people who are angry would say mean things about others on forum or it would only be a matter of time before real problems would arise. There will always be those that can not play nicely with others.

Well, it's too bad that there will always be someone pooping in the sandbox...and you're probably right. But I'm not convinced that audio would be any worse perse'... I've got a thick skin & no one can hurt me on the net, but I have seen lots of people devastated by mere written words...

The worst of it would be instances where someone is jealous or upset with another member they met so they might record some kind of scathing review of them. Or scream out a home phone number. You could also write that but people are much more likely to hear a recording. That would be a popular feature on profiles. All it would require is for someone to point out the member on forum and then everyone would click on the recording. Endless drama.
