I'm jealous...its 5 days before Christmas Eve and I still have shopping to do. I can't get anywhere today! The way it looks I will be swimming in the pool on Christmas. Should I mention the fresh tomatoes I will be eating out of my garden.

My youngest spent a total of six months working with relief groups in 07 after Katrina. I'm sure it will be years before the rebuilding is done, if ever. Not sure I could live in hurricane areas. Work? This is God's work, Momma. It's a blessing. Here's what you do: 1) Call in sick to work. 2) Teach him to make snow Angels in the morning. 3) Teach him how to make Hot Chocolate for Mommy during lunch. 4) Teach him to build a snow man that looks like Brad Pitt in the afternoon. 5) Have Daddy teach him to write his name in the snow in the evening. And find JOY in the moment. But what the heck do I know? Bry

The thunderstorms and lightining. Now that can be down right scarey. Im more afarid of those more than the hurricanes! I run for cover everytime.
