Karma definitely exists. What you do eventually finds it's
way back to you.

karma doesn't exist. a positive or negative result from your actions is
not karma, it's a result of your actions. the idea of karma is a
philosophical way of reasonably explaining the unexplainable. it
placates the abused by promising that the person that did them wrong
will be punished for it. if you actually get into the definition of
karma, it has nothing to do with people retaliating against something
you did. it is a negative or positive unrelated to that particular
event.
it is premature vindication lol too bad they don't have a pill for that
one too

My ex g/f her name was karma and she believed in it fully but I guess
not really because if she does then she is getting it back times ten for
what she did to me...anyways

humm i believe that everything bad you do to other sooner or later it
will come to you, it is also in the bible that say "with the same stick
you measure other you will be measure" or something like that...a course
it sound better in spanish, any way yeah you pay for everything else
sooner or later at least that is what I was told all my life.

ok I have some karma for you.

My x when we were together thought it would be ok to fool around on me
with his x they were in his truck at 3 in the morning they were hit head
on by another driver. now let me just say they all lived and are now
fine.

Second time he got caught kissing another girl while we were together
and driving home he put his truck in the ditch and broke his arm.

Now that is some karma.

are you trying to say that the basic idea of karma is to define(just
another name for)an outcome of an event

" All jokes aside...karma absolutely exists..and some times it happens
before and after and instantly..The evidence is overwhelming and
everywhere..Look for the ironies..."

Do they actually have the scientific evidence? I'ld love to see the data
on that.

I can see if a criminal locks himself in a place he broke into but a CEO
who swindles away workers retirement money. I'm sorry there's no amount
of punishment that's going to repay those workers due.

Karma like Christian Hell punishment is nothing but myth. IMHO

karma is a religious idea and i am spiritual but i don't think that god
has that much influence over our daily lives. it is definitely ironic
and funny as hell but i don't think that it comes down to you reap what
you sow, i'm a prime example.

I like to think of it as society re-paying all debts. Just an opinion.

i can appreciate the idea but i don't see to much. how would you explain
someone who has an abnormally unbalanced life?

TheCaptain's photo

Just because karma does exist, that does not mean it is the answer to
all things. Sometimes compost happens and there is no reason for it.

i get that part but i see alot of it and i'm just not looking at what
their lives look like from the outside.

do you think that you have to have a belief in god to believe in karma?

Thats a loaded question. I think you have to believe in God to believe
in anything else.

Thats the explination that the Born Agains have when I ask them a
question about why bad things happen to good people. They say that God
has his reasons. Which to me is no reason. Just a way of side stepping
the issue. IMHO. Or worse is they try to give me Bible verses which is a
totle turnoff cause I want their personal opinion. Not some text book
that they quote like a mantra.

I get insenced when they do that cause I know they have a mind it's just
that I think they feel they have to quote to be in good with god and
that thinking other wise is a sin.
